The hotel location is easy access to the subway, my kids loves the breakfast and Staff are all helpful and polite. The room is getting cleaned everyday,l and they replace the towels daily as well. We are very happy with our stay.

Very comfortable and clean rooms. I would suggest taking the twin rooms as the double bed room is very small. The twin rooms are adequate. Breakfast is good and fresh but a bit repetitive wish they had some more variety in eggs. But the other items were very delicious. The Kiyosumi Shirakawa train station is just 10 steps away which connects you to most of the trains. Great budget place to stay while in Tokyo.

The location is excellent, at 60m close to the metro station. The hotel is clean and the staff were very polite and very careful. We could leave our luggage for few hours after the check out, in front of the reception.

We stayed in the same hotel few years ago and we hoped after 7 years to find the same facilities. The room was very small, the A/C was too strong and we had to choose to sleep without air conditioning. Due to the warm weather and the blocked windows, we got sick and we could not sleep well all 4 nights. The breakfast was acceptable, but poor.
