I loved the lobby and the restaurant. Executive suite is something worth putting some money on.

The location is excellent, as it is located at the heart of Göteborg and accessible to everything.

The coffee capsule was not refilled, and the used coffee cups were not cleansed when the cleaning personnel cleaned the room. On the second morning, there is no coffee in the room to drink, and we must wash the cups ourselves once the cleaning team has finished the room service.

Breakfast was quite good, and the location is the best, if you want to stay near the train station and within convenient walking or transport accessibility from popular attractions.

The room's windows overlooked the lobby. I'd never seen anything like this before, and they don't inform you about it when you book. This room should actually be listed as a windowless room, since you had to keep the curtains closed to avoid being seen by people eating breakfast or sitting in the lobby. Other guests with similar rooms also kept their curtains drawn, which I completely understand. The hotel should notify guests about this feature and reduce the price for these rooms accordingly. We had requested a room with a double bed, but this was not provided. We pushed the beds together ourselves, but during cleaning, they were moved apart again. My stay happened to coincide with my birthday, yet I received no acknowledgment from the hotel. I often travel on my birthday, and in most chain hotels, I usually receive at least a slice of cake and a greeting, sometimes even champagne. It was disappointing that a well-known hotel chain didn't acknowledge my birthday in any way.
