Hotel Saray

Overall: Sterile hotel. No in-room coffee or tea. No water or coffee in the lobby. Pool was closed. No staff interaction or care of any kind. Effectively, a 2-star hotel...

Amazing staff and comfort room - overall great value for the money.

Large,spacious, immaculate. Its out from the centre but that means it's quiet and has parking so suited us.

Restaurant is in the basement so not much character. The Outside Pool area looks lovely but wasnt open at this time of year ( which we knew beforehand). We didnt find a lot of choice in local eating places but it was only a short taxi ride to the centre.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Saray, and it was truly a delightful experience. The hotel boasts a fantastic location, offering breathtaking views of the Sierra Nevada and Granada. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, and the rooms were beautifully appointed.

While the overall experience was exceptional, the only drawback was the poor state of the hallways. However, this issue did not overshadow the wonderful time I had at Hotel Saray. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable stay in a picturesque setting.

The location was close to great sights. The bathroom was a good size.

The room was small for three people, I would not stay here again.

Very nice hotel, had a large suite which was exceptional decor and the best furnished balcony we have ever had. Sunbeds ,table and garden settee and chairs. Gastro bar was first class with outdoor area.

Breakfast area was a bit cramped and busy, but didn't spoil anything
