Only stayed one night for the world cup. Convenient to public transport. Restuarnts close by. Its not a full time reception. Check in was 3pm but nobody showed up until 3.30pm. Just be sure to ask about times when you book as it's not a full time reception. Everything else was ok for basic needs.
Couldn't check in at 3pm
Staff were helpful, the balcony was great and the room was clean.
We were informed on the day of travel that they could not provide a cot /bed for my grandson. We booked four rooms all of us had to request towels
Great location, handy for the metro
We'd booked a twin room months in advance to visit for the rugby world cup (I was staying with my father). We couldn't check in until 3pm (completely understandable) so we waited around for several hours for the room. We were given a room with a double bed, when we'd booked a twin room. After going back down to reception, we were then given the key to a room with another guest in it!! We were finally allocated to a twin room that was unoccupied but sorting out all of this mess made us late for the rugby game we'd spent hours travelling to. We were also concerned about security, if another guest would be given a key to our room during our stay. There was a lack of appropriate apology from the staff for the situation. Particularly as we told them in advance we'd arrive early, and arrived at 11.30am and waited patiently til 3pm to check in, and then were made to be late for the rugby game.
Since check-in, check-out and the entire week by email I keep asking for a fiscal invoice which I need for my company but still have not received any. There was not even 1 bottle of water in the room.
