Great view, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms

Our view from 12th floor was fantastic!

The room and the hallway on floor 12 were very hot!

been here many times. always ok this was teribble way too hot on the whole 5th floor......room terrible/left window open all night still unpleasant

5th floor was a sauna..... Room very hot. No airco. Staff told they couldn't cool/regulate temperature. They offered after 2 times asking vans. They never came......

My room was on the 20th floor and looking to the Frankfurt city skyline, which was great to look at in the night. The room amenities included everything that I needed. Although it was luxurious, one can see some outdated, worn-out details in the room, which were still just fine.

Even though I turned the A/C off, the ventilation of the room was running without any possibility to stop it, and unfortunately, it was extremely loud. I had ear plugs and could still hear it buzzing loud and clear. There was also another noise, like a water pump noise, which got activated periodically. It made things even worse. The ventilation system needs a thorough maintenance immediately or nobody can sleep in that room in the night.

Nice hotel the staff are helpfull the location is awesome the is ok

The bathroom is little tiny the step in the room shouldn’t be there I nearly stepped over and was dangerous.the surrounding area of the hotel not nice it’s red light district homeless
