Lovely staff and clean environment

The checkin process was very easy, and as we traveled off season, the value for money was incredible: directly in the city center with couple f minutes walking to all the sightseeing points.

Everything was good

Right in the heart of old town- minutes from everything I wanted to do see. Room- gorgeous, clean, modern. Staff- responsive, kind, helpful. Breakfast that was included had everything you could want. Also, I booked a phenomenal day trip that was way more affordable than I was imagining! They trip concierge followed up with me to make sure I was enjoying. All good things to say about this hotel!

Not a dislike but it is in the town so you can hear voices or people singing, enjoying themselves and the cathedral bells. But I found most street noise died down by 11 pm so personally it wasnt an issue.

Overall, we found the room that we stayed in was amazing. It was really clean, spacious, and full of light. The breakfast both days was really delicious and nutricious. The staff went far and beyond to help us with anything that we might have needed and they were beyond friendly.

The balcony in our room. It was already small and with the addition of the step it had became even smaller, which made impossible for two people to sit together.

An ideal location that placed everything conveniently within reach. The room was spacious, featuring a large balcony with sea view and equipped with high-speed WiFi. The breakfast was excellent. Fresh, clean towels were provided daily.

My partner found the pillows too thick, and unfortunately, the staff were unable to provide any thinner ones. Additionally, room service was not offered.

This hotel exceeded are expectations everything was good. The location excellent. The staff very friendly helpful and accommodating. The breakfast excellent. Very large balcony with a view off the sea also. I'm not sure why this hotel is only 2 stars as I would easily give it 4 . We have previously stayed in other hotels in Chania with swimming pool this is the only thing it didn't have but who needs a pool when the sea is so close! Excellent stay hopefully will be back soon.
