Amazing room and clean

Bad noise insulation

The location is great, very easy to get everywhere. Can walk to the old town and easy metro ride to get to the airport.

Its a very old building which is beautiful but as some rooms have bathrooms separate to the room it was very noisy every time people open and close the doors all night long. The walls are also quite thin so its very noisy and I found it quite difficult to sleep.

The location. Wow! Loved staying in a historic building. Close to all tourists places.amazing restaurants and shops right below the hotel. Easy check in and checkout process. Friendly staff. Best place for tourists, solo travellers or couples.

Cant believe the location was so good and the Bed was so comfortable the only downside we had which wasnt the accommodations Fault a noisy group came in one night however this didnt spoil our break and we would have No hesitation in Booking again if ever coming back to Valencia

I thought that they could have provided a City map the type you get Free at Hotels in the city we managed ok with our IPhones however a paper map would have been better!

Perfect for our weekend away

The location is good: the metro (to the airport) and the old town are within walking distance. Supermarkets, restaurants and breakfast bars on the doorstep. My room (111) was very large but sparsely furnished (no sitting area).

I don't know how you can call the 2nd floor of an apartment block a 3-star hotel (without a reception)? The self-check-in on a screen didn't work because the display was "worn out". After 20 min. I called the hotline, it was 11.40 pm by then. It was a central office for the whole of Spain, which checked me in remotely. You have to manage three "keys": one for the front door, a code for the flat door and a card for the room. It was very noisy, as it were actually the thin room walls of a large flat. The room doors had glass inserts which were taped off so that not so much light came in. Because of the parquet floor, you could hear every (wheeled suitcase) arriving or leaving, even at night. Also the clattering of the maids from 8 o'clock. The rooms are more lived-in than they look in the photos. The other tenants/owners of the block were not thrilled about the constant coming and going of tourists.
