I ’m deeply disappointed with how Allegretto Vineyard Resort handled a clear ADA violation during my recent stay..they let a car without disabled placards was parked in shaded ADA parking spots, I was unable to park due to blocked disabled space, and failing to accommodate or respond after being informed.. This experience made me feel unwelcome and unfairly treated. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and trains staff on ADA compliance and respectful communication.
