Hotel Sorrento

There's always one hotel in your home city you dream of staying at, The Hotel Sorrento was mine. Needless to say, I was so happy to get the chance to stay there. The hotel has a great outdoor patio with bistro lights, the dark wood interior, and lobby with a tile-framed fireplace that is the MOST perfect place to sit, have a drink, and read a book, or how about the incredible on-site restaurant? Like many historic hotels people used to essentially live here like an apartment so many of the rooms are set up, like an apartment which I find utterly charming. Of course, some people also claim the hotel is haunted but after staying there (in their alleged haunted room) and doing my research, my gut tells me it's just a stunning, historic hotel that makes you feel like you're living in Gilded Age glamour and that is NEVER a bad thing. Finally, the location is perfect for access to both Downtown, Pioneer Square, Capitol Hill, and the Waterfront. #plannin
