Good in all aspects bar...
Reception staff, very good breakfast, room facilities and shower.
Sealed air conditioning/passive air system was too stifling to sleep comfortably - asked for a fan at reception which helped the second night. Got the impression it was agreed a problem as there were fans available. Temperatures a bit high for us with limited adjustment in room and no blower control.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and quite at night. Breakfast was truly as fabulous as many of the comments suggested.
A minor thing - the window could not be opened even slightly to let in some fresh air.

View from my window on the 4th floor. Some really dirty incident in my room (no details, but that was not good cleaning before me). Coffee for breakfast was not good. Really uncomfortable beds.

Modern comfortable hotel, very nice rooms. Excellent and plentiful selection at breakfast, including several Scandinavian options. Loved the shuffleboard in the lobby.
Complimentary hot drinks are provided in the lobby if you sign up but at times there was a shortage of cups and dirty cups were left all over the lobby
