Pyramisa Luxor Hotel and Suites

THE FRONT EDSK WAS INDIFFERENT TO OUR CONCERNS AND REQUESTS

Good sunset view of the Nile River. Hotel upgraded us for free to a room with view of the Nile. The manager, Ali Moussa, and the reception desk staff were all very nice and helpful.

We had half board but no drinks were included, even water at dinner time and it was not stated in the website. As a suggestion, water should at least be included at dinner time. The cleaning staff were not very efficient. On 2 occasions, they forgot to leave towels in the room. We tried to ring the reception to have it delivered to our room but no one picked up. We had no choice but to go to reception to get the towels late at night.

The staff are excellent.. huge hotel by the nile .. very clean .. big spacious rooms .. great location

The room toilets & switches seemed a little dated but not a major concern at all. Breakfast has many items but probably can improve in variety

Top roof of river Nile excellent and the taxi driver Hasan had been very helpful and tourists us around 100%

I liked the location. The pool area is larger than I expected, 3 times larger than the pool area of the Stigenberger Hotel next door.

The location and staff most staff were friendly

The room wasnt the room we booked, it was dirty, couldnt open the patio door to balcony, no information in the room. We had 1 key card between 2 of us, and had to hand it to the desk when we went off site. Managers didnt want to do anything to help.

The staff were all exceptionally friendly and wanting to take care of us. We were greeted by the customer experience manager Hagar who had given us a free upgrade to a suite with a view of the Nile. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable and we loved the view!

I have nothing to note. The facilities were comfortable and clean and we were very happy!
