The location is perfect (next to the Cathedral). Our room had a view of such, with a fantastic bed.
Location, setting in a castle city
Had to walk from outside walls to hotel 1/4 mile
Amazing location by the cathedral with views of historic streets. Excellent buffet breakfast can be booked.
Nothing
The location couldn't be better and the fact that the accepted pets was why we chose this beautiful hotel.
There was nothing we didn't like.
Very interesting Roberto [or similar name] on Reception. Spent quite a while telling me about the history of the building and town as I had made the journey by car in 1983. Amazing building and history converted to a very high standard but totally spoilt as all the public rooms and bathroom lacked any heating so could not be enjoyed
Icy cold building for guests and staff as they wore all their outdoor clothing. The Hairdryer had to be jammed on for heat in the bathroom and towels placed on cold floor
The hotel is very centrally located. The staff were all very friendly. And the breakfast was exceptionally diverse.
For me, the cleanliness in the room was not quite what I would like. (Floor and shower cabin)
