General atmosphere. Excellent customer service

The DisLoyalty App - not easy to use and not helpful. 2 members of staff tried to help me with issues but despite their best efforts we ended up going round in circles with it.

Difficult to get to at night from metro as a solo female traveler (having to go in tunnel under highway by myself

Nice friendly service throughout. Beautiful room, we stayed in a cosy corner. Nice view of Brussels from our room on 16th floor. Comfy bed and pillows, it was a good sleep! Nice hot shower, clean rooms and bathroom. All good!

Car park is a bit of a niggle as it’s not very easy to work it out but not a big deal, we got there in the end. I paid €20 for overnight car stay in Indigo next door from the hotel as you can’t park just at the hotel. Perhaps having a wardrobe would be a bonus but again not a big deal. Regarding location- if you’re catching a cab or driving your car it’s ok. I probably won’t be walking in the area. Inside the hotel it’s nice though.

This hotel was beautiful! The staff were incredible, they accommodated every request and were so friendly. The food was amazing. We even had drinks at the roof top bar and it was such a beautiful atmosphere. Even the area was lovely, the gardens around the property are so pretty to walk around.

Very friendly staff and beautifully designed hotel. Great views of the city from the room and rooftop. Clean and up to date facilities.
