Price, location , quiet

Building in disrepair, hard uncomfortable bed & pillows. Large bug in shower, only 1 bar of soap. Hairs on "fresh" towels. Being asked for cigarettes from stranger in lobby.

we found a used condom in the bedside and the second bed was not comfortable, uneven surface

Breakfast was good, location is great. The hotel was very quiet with disturbances during the night.

staff was nice, easy parking, cheap, it was clean / beds where clean.

beds where hard and not comfortable could feel the springs, shower curtain was torn and gross. Tried to call down multiple times/text from desk for some things and never got a response had to go down to the lobby. This hotel definitely needs to do some upgrading. For the price though you get what you pay for.
