Very convenient location, good room (but not a great view), very good breakfast, very good dinner.

Nothing really, very good hotel.

The location was brilliant and very friendly, knowledgeable staff. The rooms were large and the roof top bar is the best!

The guy at the desk was rude and unhelpful. Offered a complimentary boat ride to be cast in a scam to sell us glass at greatly inflated cost. We had to find our own way back but they didnt sell tickets to public trans on the island. Very frustrating. The old guy seamed like everyone was putting him out. Most of the rest of the staff was fine.

The property was actually nice, had some repair issues that they were addressing.

Location is just perfect, just across the ferry to take you to the other islands. St Mark square is pretty much close aswell. It's easy to get lost around the labyrinth style of little alleys around Venice, which that's what makes it special. So having your hotel close to St Mark square is a bonus, cause all streets lead to it.

Good location.

Very dark room overlooking building work. Non of the reception staff were particularly friendly or welcoming. Porter was always cheerful. Overpriced for what it was. A reasonable 3 star rather than the 4 stars it is accredited with.

The location is exceptional - the city lies at the front door. The room was small but large enough for our stay. The hotel offers an excellent full breakfast that is served by courteous, efficient staff.

Loved this little hotel, the location is a very short walk from St. Mark's Square & overlooking St. Mark's basin. The room was clean, and service exceptional (call out to restaurant staff as nothing was too much trouble). The rooftop terrace is lovely for drinks, with the perfect view & people watching.
