The house was clean and the room was spacious

We were put in a room with a door which connected to the next room, this wasn't advertised when we booked, this meant we could hear every word, snore, argument and the rest of what the other couple were doing in their room. Basically its like sharing a room with strangers you can't see. The place was empty other than us two couples but when we asked to move to another room we were told we couldn't despite the other free rooms never filling up during the course of our stay. And on our final day we had to wait until the evening for a bus but the owner refused to even let us store our bags at the property whilst we were out during the day. She's very unreasonable so don't expect her to do anything more than what it says on the tin!

The best stay for this price in guatemala. Spacius, clean, quiet. Amazing.

Massive room and bathroom, amazing view of the mountain. Really big kitchen and dining room (although we didn't get time to use), very clean. Good communication from host over message with detailed instructions on how to get in.

WiFis didn't have great signal and kept losing connection. Ceiling light is very dim

Private, easy access, parking

This property is absolutely gorgeous, the courtyard, kitchen and lounge are so beautiful and comfortable and perfect for relaxing. The rooms are pretty and comfortable and great to wind down in. This place has been my favourite on my trip so far, I highly recommend. Its clean, comfortable, very beautiful and has everything you need

Only downside is its about 1.5km to the main part so its a little bit of a walk but its really not too bad

I don't like the shared bathroom and common areas or shared kitchen, the ad needs to be a bit more specific . Our room mates were Oriental and the food they were cooking smelled awful.

The property is great. you get a lot for your money because the apartments are huge plenty of bathrooms beautiful kitchen, beautiful courtyard. The common areas are very nice comfortable easy check in no issues. Very satisfied will definitely be back again!!!!!!

Everything was great

Amazing place!

The wifi wasn't working in parts of the hotel- including one of our rooms. They were aware of it before we arrived. The toilet in one room was broken. It wouldn't stop running until you took the lid off and reached in to fix it anytime you flushed. We found out they knew ahead of time and put us in that room anyways. While I tried to contact them about this they did not respond until I went through booking.com. they said they would see what they could do. They did nothing. One of the rooms was not the type requested and paid for. It was about half the size.
