Everything went well during our stay and all requests has been acknowledged respectfully. Thank you for accommodating our family during new years eve. Goodluck to nHow.
I liked the eccentric colors and modern decor.
I didn't like employees randomly walking into our room with the "do not distrub" sign on door. My wife and I were naked in bed when our room door opened with an employee visually talking to us through a mirror. The pictures were misleading of the space of the rooms. I booked a better room online. Last minute I had to change my dates and the room I requested wasn't what I got when I arrived.
Great size pool and excellent breakfast choices
Leaking ceiling on the first floor after the rain. Pitch black hallways with writing on the floor guiding you to your room. Far from the old port. Staff does the bare minimum and fails to provide you with any information voluntarily. There was a techno festival taking place during my stay across the water and you could hear the music in the room until 1am. No mention of this to guests.
