Comfort Suites Odessa

we didnt get the rooms we ordered. we ordered a king suit and got a double queen. they also tried charging me eventhough we didnt smoke in the rooms and we cleaned up all of out trash.

Nothing about this hotel was likeable. We even checked out a day early.

The front staff was rude at check-in. The beds were very hard, making it difficult to get comfortable. The breakfast was inedible, the food was burnt and dried up. The shower did not work as it should, and the shower head was full of green gunk.

Good location and room was clean.

Staff wasn’t very personable and it took forever to check in. The front desk was very slow.

I liked how convenient it is to everything

I didn't like the fact someone was smoking weed inside the building and the fire sprinkler in our room was falling out of the ceiling... the transvestite begging me to buy him a room for the night while I was trying to check in

The front desk was slow, and rude. The front desk called early to make me pay before I got there. I asked if there was a possibility to pay extra for more time in the room. But she said no, because there was more people coming. The other desk attendant said yes we could have.
