We come here often and its a beautiful getaway and a great location, the rooms are very clean and taken care of.

The ONLY thing we find as an issue every time is the TV options. Obviously every hotel seems to have the issue of not a lot of channels so thats to be expected. This one has a members lounge where you can choose from a variety of DVDs which is a great idea except the DVD players never seem to work. I think the idea of having a bunch of remotes to figure out is a bit dated and to go through all that both visits only to not have the option of a dvd at all was a bit disappointing.

Cleanliness. Outdoor pool was great to soak in and the smaller hot tub behind where we stayed in was a wonderful extra treat.

The apartment we got was excellent everything we could have wanted

There was adequate supply of toiletries, towels, garbage bags and kitchen cleaners.

furnitures need more dusting especially on the headboard, and diners. corners of sofa bed need vacuuming as well.

Amazing views, backyard close to Toby Creek. Nice pool and sauna. Good family vacation.
