Excellent hotel, great facilities. Too bad the pool was closed and the location is a little bit away from downtown Ourense, but it ends up beeing more quiet, so all an all not so bad.

The distance from the city center and the unavailable amenities. The EV charger was not available when we arrived, but later was told that they did have an unlock card. And also the swimming pool.

Beautiful park like setting. Hotel in the middle of nowhere, seems to be surprisingly unexpected. Beds firm, & very clean. Very nice place.

What I liked best was the staff and how friendly they were! The room was clean and spacious, and as the hotel was overbooked they gave us a superior room.

The vent wasn't always working so the smell from other bathrooms traveled to our bathroom, that was the only thing I disliked in the hotel.

Their own web page and web based navigators provide the wrong address making very difficult to locate the hotel .

Needed a place for a night stopover and found this gem on booking.com Grand hotel lobby with matching room.

Slightly off the main highway but made up with a pleasant stay.
