we had booked Agung Kartini for our visit to Ubud but when we arrived the property did not exist. there was a poorly located sign directing us to another Kartini property in central Ubud. we contacted the phone number that was with the directions and they claimed that they had no knowledge of the booking. When we arrived at the new Kartini property, the staff available informed us that they could not offer the property to us at the price we had booked. Eventually, when we pointed out it was their problem, they gave us a room. in this room the bins had not been emptied, the bathroom was dirty, the towels were wet and used and the sheets on the bed were not clean

Nice swimming pool

We had water tank in our room, staff is very friendly and helpful, they tried their best. Free parking, little shop in front of the house and nice big swimming pool outside. If you have a bike then the location is nice and also quite, if not, then you have to walk quite a bit to get to the center...

The whole house with the rooms are not in such a good condition anymore. It would need some renovations, then it would be good. The rooms are big, big toilet and we had little ''kitchen'' in our room.

I paid for a room with AC but the room hadnt electricity and water during my whole stay. I had to stay awake the full night on a 24 hours shop as I couldnt sleep there and all other hotels were closed at this time. Doors cant close so every animals, insect come inside the room and with the heat it was not supportable. I believe they have a lot of fake comments. Hinestly guys dont go there !! I asked them a refund but the manager was not coming back to avoid me !! Booking should remove them.

Everything was amazing, we originally booked for just 4 days and ended up extending it for another 3 days. Staff super friendly and attentive, have us loads of special treatment for our honeymoon, couldnt have asked for more! They really made our stay super special. Would recommend to everyone !!
