Staff were really friendly and accommodating and housekeeping were excellent (the home made biscuits were delicious) bottled water and daily replenishment of refreshments in the room were really appreciated.

Heating was on 24/7

Wonderful situation. Sea view rooms have balcony with chairs to sit out. Thats lovely. Very good breakfasts with great staff

Bar area. Ugh! Like an old mans smoking lounge. Dark and very uninviting. Certainly didnt want to stop there for a drink. This is a real shame as the dining room/restaurant is so lovely and light and spacious.

Location is great , right by the sea. Very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast , lots of choice. The staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful.

We arrived on a Wednesday and stayed three nights . The room was warm so we needed to open the windows . There were a few people sitting outside the Rockmount next door who were talking and laughing very loudly until midnight on the Wednesday and Thursday and a couple of motorbikes revving up for a quite a while . Not the fault of Cobo Bay , but annoying. Would have been nice to have haas a sea view at the front - wasnt an option when we booked. So the view out of the windows was a backyard or passageway. Maybe next time.

Beautiful location, clean, excellent food and the staff were friendly and efficient

The location was perfect - opposite a lovely beach and you could watch the sunset from your table

The room we stayed in is badly in need of a refurb
