Very nice staff. The room was very clean and comfortable.
Nothing
Kids running the hallway yelling and knocking on doors and staff was rude. My great aunt who was tired and half deaf I guess upset her and she kicked us out 20 mins after getting there because she assumed she was yelling and she wasn't she is always laid due to not able to hear the staff refused to call the room or give her the room info when she was lost after going to the car to get rest of her stuff from the car. But after I found her in the hallways the staff called saying we had to leave.
The staff, size of room, access of tv channels
Water temp is shower had to be fiddled with for five minutes to get warm water. The sitting chair in the room should be given to the homeless and replaced with a decent recliner, there are four pieces of appliances on one wall with a socket for two plugs. WHY CAN'T YOU SIMPLY BUT A SIX PLACE RECEPTACLE THAT PLUGS IN TO THE EXISTING TWO OUTLET JACK"????????????
The staff is wonderful and very helpful to us. They accommodated us nicely.
The pipe in our room sprung a leak.
Very acomodating. Answered all questions.
Too many pets. Some dogs were huge!
The front desk person was very nice and offered two room options. He seemed to want to be very accommodating. Nice, large parking lot outside.
The room was a pet room so we expected it not to be ultra clean BUT, the bed was one of the worst beds I have slept in at a hotel. The bed was so mushy that it sunk in the middle. My partner, who loves a very soft, cushy mattress, also thought the bed was horrible.
I liked that the wifi was good there because my service didn't work too well with the hallway being made of concrete.
I didn't like how I was told I would get my deposit back and never got it back, I followed the rules there by not smoking in the room and gave the card keys back at check out and was told I would receive my deposit.... A day or two later, my deposit was not given back. I didn't like how the beds are on wheels, making the bed move easily when not intended.
You can tell it was a fancy hotel that is on its second life. Comfortable beds, real close to everything, staff tried to help as much as possible
Had a minor issue with a towel rack that would come out when using hair dryer, and wish had more lighting in the foyer area of the room
