Got a free upgrade to a superior room, which was amazing as rooms tend to be small in a lot of Paris city centre hotels and this just meant we got a bit more of space. Bed super comfortable, small toilet but no issues with it. Could hear noise until 00 from the adjacent room as we were in a connecting room but was ok as we were awake anyway. No noise at all that woke me up from my beauty sleep, during the night. Staff very kind and helpful.

Rooms were fantastic. We had 3 rooms for our family of 5, a single which connected to a queen room and then another stand alone queen room, all clustered together. The location near a major train station, Gare de Lyon, meant you could easily get anywhere in the city. Also Gare d'Austerlitz (quickest way to Versailles) is a short walk across the Seine. Breakfast downstairs was excellent and in a really cool room. There are some great restaurants within walking distance. We went to Nove (Italian) a couple of times. The walk there takes you down some really cool narrow streets that make for excellent pictures. The staff overall was excellent. They were always available and had great recommendations.

The room and hotel are clean. Amazing and very friendly staff. Location is very convenient with restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacies, train station around. They have a mini bar in the reception area when you can get snacks, tea, cocktails or wine and for very realistic prices. Actually, everything was for free but alcohol

I don't think there is something that I did not really like, maybe it's a little bit noisy in the mornings and we could hear when guests next to us were opening and closing the door
