Elara by Hilton Grand Vacations - Center Strip

The location of the hotel.

We paid the same amount of money as a 2 bedroom suite on a high floor overlooking the strip. We were on the 4th floor with no view only over an abandoned car park. Not happy.

Everything I loved the location right in the center of strip..

Staff response was outrageously fast. Couldn’t believe how responsive they are. Location is great. Security is great. Rooms are a decent size. Very quiet room.

Our shower gel, shampoo and body lotion were empty and we had to ask for them to be replaced. This happened very quickly however. Bed was a little too soft for my personal preference.

The property was more than I expected

We were here for a cheer competition and I like the location, because you’re within walking distance to everything. The suites are clean and spacious. And the staff is very friendly and welcoming. We will be returning!

Room size was good

Our valet delivered our bags to the wrong room, which took awhile to sort out. After that, they told us they applied $50 credit to our room-later we found out it was a $50 credit we had to use at their bar or shops, which we didn't know until we were headed to the airport so did not take advantage of

Rooms washmachine the water was turned off, took afew to habe them come look at.

they didn't give all the information on the hlw to's liòe how to use the elevator simple trival things but whould of been a big help.
