Generally happy with our stay apart from the initial mix up with the room. Great location & comfortable

Great location & easy to find. Reasonably comfortable

When we went into our room there were other people in it - appears we were both given keys to the same room. Not a good start to our weekend. We moved to the room next door. It had two broken blinds, one in the living area & one in the bedroom. We couldnt use the one in the bedroom, the one in the living area we had to open each slat manually so we could have natural light. Could not open the window in the living area, appears it was stuck by paint.

Great location, close to all facilities with off street parking

For the price, need to upgrade the TVs to support Netflix, streaming etc. Not a big cost, essential for families.

Superb

Great option for 1 night. Able to walk to Sorrento Hotel and Conti. Beds can be twin or singles. Great for friends, so we didn't have to share beds. My 2nd stay. Highly recommended.

In all, we had a lovely few days in a very comfortable, well-appointed property in a beautiful part of Victoria.

Very comfortable and well appointed. Staff attendance to a few small issues was outstanding - courteous and prompt.

A few small issues on arrival - some remotes not working, no UHT milk with tea/coffee supplies, globe out in one bedroom.
