It was ok
Where it is located
Easy check-in and check-out
No bars in the handicap shower
I liked that it was close to many restaurants, airport and stores.
I used the washer and dryer ! The washer did not drain all the water out. When speaking with gentleman at front desk regarding what he wanted me to do with my wet clothes he replied, “if they are not dripping wet just put them in the dryer. “ My response was “ it’s going to take me longer to dry @ $2.50 for 45 minutes.” There was NO I can offer you a couple extra dryer cycles to get them dry… I spent $5.00 drying them and STILL had to bring them back to my room wet, I ran out of change and they don’t exchange money at the front desk. I guess it wouldn’t have been so inconvenient if I hadn’t traveled 2 hours down and was taking a flight the next day.
This location is very convenient right off the highway and close to major attractions without being in the really congested part of town. It has everything one would need or want in an overnight stay. The free breakfast was much better than expected with hot items. The bathroom was huge. The blackout curtains were a thoughtful bonus.
A few of the guests came in really late and were loud in the hallway. There was a group on a game bus that stayed, so this was probably not their usual issue. Some of the building facia could be repaired or spruced up, but this did not cause any inconvenience.
the breakfast was great.
the elevator was broke the entire stay
Very nice staff, decent breakfast selection, clean pool and clean room!
Many electrical outlets in the room and one in the breakfast area did not work. One TV in the room also did not work, which was weird…. Probably due to the wall outlet!
