Hotel al Graspo de Ua

great location right next to rialto bridge & easily accessible from the airport using alilaguna orange line to rialto. basic double room was small but clean & tidy & well decorated. It had clothes hanging space & a fridge & A/C. Bathroom was tidy with sink, toilet, shower & bidet. Upper rooms are only accessible by staircase, no lifts. We were on 3rd floor which was fine. as a guest at the hotel, you can eat & drink at the attached bar/restaurant getting 10% discount of both food & drinks

Location was good, it was very close to the Realto Bridge and close proximity to eateries.

Wifi never worked. Beds were very uncomfortable. Toilets smelled. Kitchen did not have basic knife and even after requesting they couldn't give one.

The room we stayed in was NOTHING like the beautiful photo shown. It was a $60 CAD room at best and we had to book last minute at $394 CAD. They say it was more as it was an apartment. The entrance was sometimes secure but not always locked, awkward with 4 different keys. Tiny elevator that could not hold us and our luggage leaving 4 flights of stairs to carry my luggage up. We left our luggage in front of the door in case it could be pushed open even after locked. It was not set up well and hard to move around inside. The walls were scuffed and dirty. 2.5 min warmish shower until the cold water kicked in. Terrible view out of windows, dont know how to describe it. The good things about the roomthe flooring was nice and the bed that my mother stayed in was very comfortable.

Location is indisputably good.

This hotel has bed bugs, I got bitten by it, tried to inform them at my check out, I was yelled at by the owner saying I was lying although the bites were on my forehead very visible. Owner didn?t care and was extremely rude.

Location if Streets werent underwater and hard to get to

Climbed 72 steps up to our room!! Was Brutal! Also, hard to find!
