The location was ideal for our travel purpose.

The vibrancy ,the cleanliness, well organised and the food was amazing above all,the members of staff were so welcoming, cheerful and very belt

The hotel is within walking distance from Acacia Mall. Have a walk, browse around and have some dinner outside. Breakfast is good, bed is good, good size desk and proper office chair. One can do some work there!!

The only thing to mention is that the shower floor must ben cleaned better. It becomes sticky after a few days.

Staff are extremely kind and patient, very hospitable.

Decided to try again for the previous time I stayed here it was horrendous Pick up was good! Fast and quiet after a long flight Waiters were always tentative and ready to serve, and a duty manager/supervisor was always available Rooms are clean and staff are friendly WiFi is fast and Im super happy for that! The two ladies working the reception area on the 24th May 2024 At 8PM Are amazing They need recognition for helping me when I needed throughout my stay and making sure I was comfortable throughout I unfortunately didnt get their names but I know one of them was a supervisor I will return again for the service I receive was great and the rooms were clean as always! You have made improvements since my last review last year

I wanted a pizza but the oven was down for two days they said only one day but it was two Then I just stopped asking Arrival check in smooth get to room its a mess They rectified the issue with a new room but still a hassle Breakfast was good until I got a raw omelet that was very disappointing, I did report it to the waiter The cappuccinos take about 10min to come out when requesting for one each morning and always taste burnt And this is when the coffee bar is empty The showers still need work, the shower pressure and temperature is perfect but when I shower the floor keeps getting wet because there isnt a door to close the opening I have to then use my large towel after showering to put on the floor The water was warm but I couldn't make it warmer even on max heat level. Hygiene in your mezzanine area is very concerning for me, Ive had dirty cutlery on my table every morning and the mats on the tables filled with stains and filth, I didnt get sick once from the food so Im sure its ok, but still, its not nice to look at when Im about to eat.
