Dunston Hall

Looks lovely, great rooms and good location.

The only reason I have given a 9/10 is because of the menu and food prices.

The hotel itself is a beautiful building and rooms are spacious and very comfortable

The only issue we had was with the spa facilities as they are not disabled friendly, we went specifically for a spa break and unfortunately I could not use any of the facilities without assistance

Beautiful location with great golf course . Good breakfast.

Inside was nice and clean but a bit of a labyrinth

The lady who checked us in was amazing she was so lovely, we got engaged and she bought us treats to the room which was amazing so. Huge thank you. The staff where outstanding

Absolutely nothing

The staff were amazing, although they were under some pressure during breakfast due to high demand, Reception staff were very helpful and professional

Not enough seating around the pool at busy times. Although it's a good benefit that dogs are allowed at the hotel, it's unfortunate that guests left a dog unattended in the room whilst they went for breakfast (at 7am) and the dog constantly barked, yapped and howled waking me and my daughter out of our restful sleep, this was really annoying and upsetting for us.

Lovely hotel. Brilliant setting. Staff helpful and polite. Highly recommended.

The room was a fair size

We had adjoining rooms with people we didn't know that decided to be completely disrespectful and shout at each other until 4am. They were asked to be quiet by staff but they didn't listen. Staff eventually asked the 3rd person in a double room to leave at 4am. Don't know why it took till 4am? I asked for a refund in the morning as we had no sleep. I got told someone would ring me. After saying that I would prefer then to ring the manager while I was there as I don't believe I would ever hear from anyone I got a partial refund and told I would be called the next day. Funnily enough I never heard a thing!
