Location near Kyoto train station. Great breakfast, buy day prior to save money.

One staff member was rude, unhelpful. Room was too warm and promised electric fan never arrived.

The hotel was great clean excellent service umbrellas to use. As close to perfect as can be. Super comfortable rooms bed, etc.

Staff was nice to me. They were helpful. They were also attentive.

There seemed to be a bit of a dust problem in the air. Also, I felt like the towels and the bedroom wear felt rough on the skin.

Rooms are quite large, room very nice.

The lighting in the rooms wasnt very bright, the window had a coating on it so you couldnt look out the windows.

Beautiful interior, GREAT location, very friendly staff!

Only thing that made it uncomfortable was the central air turned off when the keycard wasnt powering it, which led to walking back into a hot room semi-regularly. Room cools off quick, though!
