It was clean! And the hotel had everything you need

The location was good and the price was reasonable.

The room was not clean when we arrived (the mirror was not clean, sink and taps were unclean, most surfaces needed wiping down). Two of the days the room was only partially cleaned and one day it wasn't cleaned at all. When we inquired they mentioned that some rooms may only be cleaned every second day. This information if it was true is usually communicated to guests when they check in. Two of our first night stay our room key did not work. In the laundry room on of two of the dryers wasn't working and only one light worked in the room. In the gum, the universal gym and treadmill were broken and non functional. Many mornings the coffee and hot water were empty and the staff was inattentive to this.

The woman at the front desk was exceptional! She went above and beyond by upgrading our room and helping us with directions to our Antelope Canyon tour. She was so helpful.

The complimentary breakfast was lacking but all else was wonderful!

Nice rooms

Small bathroom, you had to step inside to shut door

The location was close to all the things we needed. The beds were comfy and the staff were lovely.

It was convenient to our location

When we checked in sheets have not been changed, fridge had food in it from previous guest. Toilet was not cleaned
