Nice location, friendly stuff (most of the time), clean rooms

Building gets older and it is visible. During the breakfast (three days in a row) we had to "hunt" somebody to get coffee. In the evening we were sitting near the (back) pool border and were chased by someone from the stuff who quite "ordering" told us to go to the room and we had to repeat couple of times that what he thought was a towel -- our clothes (no option to hear at all). Yes, we know that pool "was closed" -- and we were not swimming, just relaxed.

Breakfast very disappointed service around pool non existent. pool area was in need of update lose pavers very dangerous. No activities nothing to do. Very remote only 1 shuttle service to beach and shopping no return shuttle. Would never stay at this so called resort again and would not recommend it.

Beautiful setting. Quiet hotel. Great staff and good cocktails.

The pool area is like a Laguna type set up, which looks beautiful, however the pool is full of flora and fauna. Wouldnt stop me going again though.

Travelled with family members and really enjoyed our stay. Its quite impressive how the hotel is wheelchair accessible and convenient for everyone. I highly recommend to reserve the family suite as it is spacious and comfortable. Really like the hotel and its staff.

The swimming pool has bad smell and dirty.

Pool surrounds ok but sewage smell a bit off putting Staff were very polite

Room allocated not good had to ask for a change. Pool view room first allocated was in the corner and barely offered a pool glimpse Food very average Shuttle service only once a day It took a long time to process a room charge
