Great views, great location for shopping, restaurants, and beach. Great value relative to other hotels. Staff was friendly and helpful.

A bit run down and dated. Did not have a solid bathrooms door, just a glass door swinger.

Parking is limited

The hotel is located right in front of the ocean, with only the beach between my room and the water. It’s hard to imagine a better location anywhere in Laguna Beach. The room was spacious, very clean, and the only thing I could hear was the sound of the waves. Both the general manager and the staff, especially Morgan, went above and beyond to meet my every request. This is a hotel I highly recommend, and I will definitely return.

The staff is wonderful! Location great! Lots of steps to the water!! If someone is at all handicapped this could be very hard to get to the water if you are at the rooms near pool you have about 7 flights of stairs to the water. Having more information about this would be helpful so you can book a room closer to water if needed.

Construction!!!! It is priced to high with the construction going on! The staff needs to explain how to get to the beach when you check in! There looks like there is a bar or restaurant on the property when you are going down to beach??? Is this ever open!! It would be great if it was! Once you get to beach it is a climb to get back to rooms!! It would be nice to have something close to beach even bathroom!

. Actually Parking at the hotel is difficult but the off site lot was convenient .

Needs a bit more updating. Our room had electrical sockets that didn’t work and socket plates that were coming off the wall.
