Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites West Kelowna

The bed was comfy and if you’re driving the locations is good / free parking is a big plus. The coffee in the reception had the option for a takeaway option which was nice.

The breakfast options were limited and served on paper plates. It’s not close to public transport so you’d have to walk if you wanted to get the bus to a vineyard. We used Uber to get to and from the vineyard, it wasn’t too expensive but there was a 20 minute wait for one to become available.

Beds were very comfortable. We had a great view from the balcony. Breakfast was plentiful and offered a good variety of choices.

The room was dirty; we found a rotten orange sitting in the room. We asked for it to be cleaned the first day and when we got back to the room it wasn't cleaned but our balcony door had been left wide open. When we complained they said they only air the room as they clean every 2nd day. Excuses but no apologies or refunds. It was inexcusable to leave an outside door to our room open!

Elevator (there are two) was quite slow. Parking lot is kinda cramped

There was something all over the window and patio doorknob what looked like soda. It wasp all sticky. Other than that it was a fantastic hotel
