The Ritz-Carlton Aruba

This hotel reminds me on a cheap motel in that the facilities are cheaply put together. Everything is really tacky and the staff were absolutely horrible and disrespectful. It is not worth your time or your money.

My room did not have a Bluetooth radio when I arrived. Then when I checked out, the hotel accused me of stealing the non-existent Bluetooth radio. I spent over $10,000 for a group of my friends and I to stay in a few rooms there and this is how they treated me. Stay somewhere else.

Price

The room was very spacious, as well as the entire hotel layout. The service was incredible and food at the hotel was very good, including even lunches at the Madero Pool Grill. We took advantage of the snorkeling equipment, paddle boards, kayaks and floats that were all offered free for guests.

The hotel is far up on Palm Beach away from the nightlife and action, which is a positive for some and maybe a negative for others. They do have taxis ready right out front to take you places which helps.

The staff are so friendly and helpful, the place operates like clockwork. Couldnt find a single fault in our stay. Would recommend and stay again.
