The front desk woman aggressively pressured me for a tip when I was simply trying to get my cash deposit back. I mentioned the sink only had scalding hot water and needed to be fixed—she acted like I owed her money for my tip about the room. When I reluctantly offered her $5, she tried to break my $20, came back with two $10s, and kept pushing me to give her a $10 tip instead. At that point, I took my $20 back and left. She wasn’t staff who cleaned the room—just greedy and unprofessional. Later I told my friend which hotel it was, and she flipped out. She’d stayed there before and said she found peepholes in the bathroom and aggressive one-way locks. She also said the place has a reputation for shady stuff involving young girls. I can’t confirm that, but the fact it even comes up is disturbing. The sink blasting only hot water made the stay uncomfortable. Plus, the doors were absurdly heavy and had no soft-close feature—just slammed shut behind you like a prison gate. Scared the hell out of my friend, who has a heart condition. To make things worse, Booking.com charged me an extra $10 on top of the price they clearly advertised. The listing said $64 after taxes and fees, but I was charged $74. That’s not just annoying—it’s deceptive. I’m done with this hotel and with Booking.com. Between the shady front desk, misleading pricing, and overall uncomfortable stay, this experience was a joke. I’ll be sharing my review everywhere—Google, Yelp, and beyond. Thanks for nothing. —
Very bad location, surrounded by very bad crowd, you are amongst drug users, felt very unsafe.

The cleanness of the rooms they was great to come in to a clean room
The dirt working girls going in and out of the place
They overcharged me. I was charged $128 when the room was supposed to be $65.00!
