Great experience staying at this brand new boutique hotel with attention to detail and caring staff.

Property was sparkling and brand new when we came, super clean and we loved a little touch details such as cotton pads in the bathroom, hair dryer, water tank and coffee maker in the room - it is so thoughtful and rare to come by in Mexico. Felt more like a boutique hotel although price was quite low for Tulum. We met the owner in the morning and he was such a sweet guy! He told us about rooftop parties at the hotel but sadly we were leaving and did not get to witness those parties.. I really recommend to stay here when in Tulum downtown, one of my favorite places!

It wasnt finished when we arrived, swimming pool wasnt done - but it will be amazing when finished. Shame we didnt get to experience full facilities but it is understandable as hotel is brand new and only opened the doors recently

I loved everything about my staying here! Staff is really helpful and kind! Our room was comfortable and with a nice design. We enjoy so much our staying here! We will be back for sure again!

Great location, friendly staff, amazing atmosphere, clean and comfortable room, fast and reliable wifi. I highly recommend this hotel. Great value for your money.

The room was clean and tidy. Its a good value for money considering the location. The WiFi was working really well, there was free water and a mini bar. Good water pressure as well which is not so common here.

Everything was great except for two things. The mattress was really uncomfortable, it was very firm and we couldnt get a good night sleep on it. The pillows were uncomfortable as well. The second thing was the isolation of the walls - we could hear everything that our neighbours were doing including flushing the water and taking a shower. Its probably not the best place to get a good night sleep.
