Ilios Malia Hotel Resort

We got more than we expected for the price. Stuff was very kind and friendly and always ready to help. We were traveling through the night so arrived a bit early and they allowed us to check in a bit earlier. If we ever stay in Malia again, it will deffinitelly be Ilios Malia Hotel Resort.

OMG staff was so nice and helpful, thank you Maria and Anna . The location is great, close to all grocery stores, entertainment venues, the beach and restaurants. The hotel is by the main street, but you hardly hear any noise from entertainment venues unless you go out on the balcony and listen for it. the pool and area awesome...will book again for next trip.

Could include e.g. hand soap for wc and dishsoap and brus for washing dishes.

Dear Ilios Hotel Resort, I had an very good experience during my stay at your hotel in Malia. The staff was very friendly and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location was good, right in the heart of the Malia strip, making it convenient to explore the area. Additionally, the proximity to the supermarket was highly convenient for daily needs. The accommodations were comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the hotel contributed to a good stay. I commend the Ilios Hotel for its nice service and good location. The place is situated in an excellent location right in the heart of things. Would recommend to my friends. Price was really good and we stayed there for 3 days. It's a bit old when it comes to design wise but still perfect for a family vacation. Everywhere was clean and it was very spacious.

There is no lift so ideally if you have heavy luggage you take a bottom floor as we had to carry heavy luggage about 3 floors up. Parking is available on site but very limited to about 3 cars but we were always very lucky and managed to have a space available. There wasn't an ac in every room so we left the door open to be able to reach 2 rooms so it was hard to cool the rooms.

La piscina era stupenda e la terrazza era spaziosa. Ci torneremo!
