Nothing

The room smelled the carpet was dirty the air conditioner was filthy. There was no view the free breakfast was terrible. The elevators did not work. It reminded me of a house that I rented when I was in college.

Water was out for 2 days at hotel. Supposed to be a 5 star hotel but have the entire hotel using bathrooms for bucked like a third world country. Front desk lied 100 times kept saying 20mins for 48 hours and lied to guest checking in.

Have a front desk that doesn't lie to you repeatedly telling you 20mins but then tells the Spanish speaking clients water will be off for 2 days. They lie to you if you don't speak Spanish. Worst hotel I have ever stayed.

Location . Breakfast ok not a great one.

Breakfast, should be there before 9:30 to have good selection afterwards no refills. For hot water wait for 15 minutes

The rooms were big and the bed was cosy.

The breakfast could have been better. It was limited.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Great front desk and restaurant staff.
