Our room was double booked..after we had checked in another couple tried to get into the same room. Some of the furniture could use an update.
Floors were dirty Water was not hot Smelled, and ran slow!

No doily service Carpet in lobby staircase as well as hallways were filthy. Elevator not working properly. Outside doors not secured even though signs read that key card was needed at all times.
