When I checked in, i was originally given room 206, and ended up coming to the room to be greeted with a dirty room which lookiled like someone was still using the room. CLOTHES ALL OVER, BOXERS IN THE BATHROOM, BED UNMADE. VERY UNTIDY!! I proceeded to go to the front desk, to let the attendant know that the room was dirty, he then wanted to argue with me that he didn't check me in, when he clearly did check me in and handed me the room key with 206. He then claims he made a mistake, and its room 209. Get to room 209, and the room stinks of cigarettes like someone was smoking here, even though there is a no smoking sign!! Also, I have a baby with me and this conditionis absolutelyunacceptableto have my child. The only reason im here is literally because it's late and I'm unable to find a place with a cranky baby. I needed to have the windows open to curb the scent, and it's cold out there. I went down in the car for a short while to get away from the scent, but when I returned to the room it still stank. I'm talking about between 11pm to 1am. This is unacceptable. The beds looked like they just threw a bedsheet on there, very wrinkled and untidy. Had to wake up very early like 7am to leave this place before my child got sick. I want a refund, this is not what is advertised! I am very dissatisfied with this accommodation, this is definitely not what is portrayed on The booking website and I feel like I was misled. Later on that day, I had to get nebulized because of taking in this cigarette smoke scent, I also got my baby nebulized as well, because he would not be able to say how he felt, so I did it just in case.

Slightly shabby. The knob on the body wash dispenser in the shower was broken.
Despite many reviews it was very clean, the location was near a shopping area and I believe a college was near by. Lots of food options nearby. Had a nice view of the theatre across the street.
Took longer than normal to check in. And there was no one at the desk when it was time to check out so we ended up sliding the key under the barrier.
