Expensive for the price. We were given a room that we asked to change because there was a party in the room on the top floor and it was very noisy. They changed our room right away. The room is relatively clean. The staff is friendly. The breakfasts are good.

The towels and bed linen are quite washed out and it would be desirable for the hotel to change them. Very expensive for such a hotel.

Location was fine. Pool was good, though towels were a bit thin and small. Comfortable bed. Breakfast had plenty of choices. Plenty of parking.

Only a coffee machine in room. I don’t drink coffee. Husband does, and said coffee was just ok.

I paid a lot and...

Near the gas station and a few shops. In Page, a good place to stop on the way to Utah or Colorado from Phoenix. Near Lake Powell. Beautiful country. The shower was nice!

Lacked view. Restaurant in back closed. Air conditioner rattled . Hot tub was down. No notification if “seasonal” meant the pool was open.

Friendly staff, clean and well located. Beds were comfortable.

Paper thin walls. You could hear the adjacent and above rooms. Stuffy rooms. Our biggest disappointment was the breakfast. No plates or cutlery, but instead disposable, single use plastics, wrapped in more plastic. So much plastic waste generated!! Expected so much better from a Best Western. Won't be using again.
