Nice breakfast

The service is good

The sheets were not clean. We had to ask them to change rooms because we found hair all over the sheets. Next room we got had very poor sound insulation. We could hear walking thumping sounds from upstairs. We had to call the front desk at 2 AM as someone was still making large thumping sounds . It was bad experience

Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The darkening window shades are nice. The breakfast was wonderful - lots of hot foods! More fresh fruit would be nice though!

The breakfast had not many options. We had to wait a long time to be seated as the breakfast area was not big and they run out of butter.

There was a young woman at the desk who was slammed on a sold out night .... She was alone - literally the only person at the hotel - housekeeping had gone, the other front desk person did not show up, and there was no manager. She acted professionally and with dignity when people got upset with the wait or had other issues she could not address. Her name is Melody and she's an asset to your company. I seriously think another person would have just walked out..... She deserves a raise/promotion.

Poor staffing, We had the oversized suite with kitchen - the room wasn't clean and had broken/dirty dishes. We thought the couch was a pull out and when we pulled out the cushions to see, we were appalled at how gross the couch was - Definitely needs to be cleaned. Stove hood was broken. Too few towels and several were stained. No housekeeping - I think they left around 4:30 or 5 and, since there was only one front desk person working during prime hours, she had to handle any and all issues. Bfast was good but they were very militant about your tickets and not at all friendly - If you left your family at bfast to take some things to the car, you couldn't get back in.... it wasn't welcoming at all.

There were no towels in the room. When we finally got them (I had to go get them) they were terrible. I would have used them for rags

Breakfast was shit, noisey trolley up and down at 5.30 in the morning. Expensive for what's offered
