Everything
Nothing
Small but coasy room with view to the Loch.
3d floor, no elevator
Room was comfortable albeit small.
No lift to the 3rd floor which was uncomfortable taking luggage up 3 flights of stairs.
The check-in process was fast and the staff were helpful. The restaurant offers a sumptuous and soul satisfying lamb dish. The property has a charm that only a heritage property can provide. The bed was surprisingly comfortable to sleep in
Lack of a lift. The rooms themselves are are very small. The toilet in the room is quite small.
Perfect location
The room was small but comfortable, good shower and toiletries. The restaurant on site was really good for dinner, i wish i had more meals there, the food was really delicious. Breakfast was varied and also good.
The stairs, there is no elevator and I had a room in the last floor, it was a little cumbersome arriving and leaving with my bag.
