The front desk staff were exceptional. The room was huge, much bigger than we expected.
The loud night club next door on the night before our flight out early the next morning.
The location is absolutely fantastic and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is old and everything is quite tired. There is no airco, which normally would have been fine for the season (autumn), but there is something about the room that traps heat so it stayed extremely warm. The ceiling fan was very loud and the windows had no screens so these weren’t good options to cool the room down.
Location is good in Zona Rosa, close to bars, stores, restaurants. The room was huge and had a lot of nice natural light.
The wifi did not work sometimes
Great location ! Safe and secure place with an excellent record bar around the corner and some great cafes near by.
It was an older establishment but the rooms were huge so that was good.
Good value for money, perfect location - really close to healthy breakfast - As Happy as Larry Juice Bar, also a lot of option of speciality coffee, lunch or dinner and street food :) Nice and helpful stuff, morning coffee in lobby and water.
I really enjoy coming back to this hotel, and this was my third stay. However, during my recent 5-day business trip, I experienced issues with the Wi-Fi. The connection kept dropping, and I couldn’t work properly. I went downstairs to the lobby, and there was no problem there, but I specifically booked a large room - 209 - to comfortably hold online meetings and work in the evenings. Additionally, there was a lot of noise coming from the restaurant next door, which disturbed my sleep. I believe these issues do not occur in other parts of the hotel, as I didn’t have any problems during my previous stays.
Room did not meet expectations. Brown water, no wifi, noisy room.
hotel empty and they booked us in last floor with no elevator access , no AC, no net in windows unable to keep open, dangerous light switches, very dangerous shower needs to be fixed, hole in the closet wall, and closet unable to walk by because bed was in the middle, door lock insecure pretty much I had to sleep with door unlocked. very very unproper parking only very short and low cars were able to park in there and unable to drive out once you parked in, only breakfast avaliable.
Location is great
It says 4 star but no way this hotel is 4 stars. No fridge or iron in the room and walls got some stains on them corners of the room dusty and generally it’s very old.
