There were bedbugs in boath rooms we stayed in and we are still infested with them the staff argued it was dirt moving dirt

It was quiet at night

Even though it was a non smoking unit, there was an odor of cigarette smell. I didn't like that.

The location and it being pet friendly were the positive notes and the reasons I chose to stay there for the weekend. I had stayed at this location 3 years ago, and remembered it being pleasant and budget friendly.

The room had the smell of cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. The floors and walls were dirty, there had clearly been something spilled or sprayed in the room and you could see it in both the walls and floor. I did not use the bed covers and used towels over the pillows because I did not trust their cleanliness based on the smell, floors and wall. On the morning I was leaving, a man was banging on my room door and screaming for his girlfriend and baby to come out. He was screaming for someone with the same first name as me, which makes me wonder if the Front Desk staff told him which room I was in. I called the Front Desk since the man refused to leave even as I threatened to call the cops, and while an employee did walk over and ask me what was happening, the only thing he verified was that I did not have the same last name as the woman who was being looked for. There was zero concern or help in the matter, and clearly all of and I should have called the cops instead of asking the staff to provide any concern. I packed my stuff and my dogs immediately after this happened even though it was only 6AM.

The employees never smiled and when I asked for a late check out the manager came pounding on the door and said I have five minutes to pack otherwise he's calling tne police. Like wow! Good morning to u too sir. Gosh.
