Great location.

Room had cobwebs on the ceiling, we booked a family room but a very small room, okay for one night but not ideal. I expected the room to be bigger. Also paying £120 for a small room I was not happy with.

Excellent location. Although it is not located in the city center, you can reach the center in about 15 minutes by train. The hotel is very close to the train station and can be reached on foot. There is a self check-in option, which makes the arrival much easier. The room is simple but very comfortable.

The room was not properly cleaned. Although the bed linens were very clean and smelled nice, there was a lot of dirt and hair on the floor. The bathroom was also not properly cleaned, including the toilet.

Quaint room for one night. Did everything it needed to, clean & the shower was powerful. So close to train station. Even though I was only in the room for 5/6 hours, I would come back.

There would be free parking, which was part of the reasons why i booked this hotel. But when we arrived we where asked if we parked a car, and then they told us we needed to pay €5 per night for the parking. When we argued about this the fee was quickly cancelled, and in combination with the fact that the parking lot was freely accessible, it leaves me wondering of this was the hotels policy, or a quick way for the staff to get tips.

Convenient location and close to the S-bahn, 10 min to the HBF. good value for money.

Although they offer parking, they tried to charge me 5 euro for the parking, which was not indicated.
