The only thing was the staff being friendly
Rooms could have been cleaner. First room, wreak of cigarette scent,. Toilet was broken and I had to be relocated. The second room the carpet had dog hairs all over it. Breakfast was not at all like I thought. Only hot was waffle and biscuit and gravy.
Place has German roaches in the bathroom of room
No roaches
loved the size of the room along with the full sized fridge. TV also had netflix built in.
no shower curtain, not a huge issue but the toilet paper holder was busted and there was only 3 pillow, but all in all it wasn't bad especially for the price.
Horrible my worst nightmare absolutely filthy disgusting should be condemned
Horrible my worst nightmare absolutely filthy disgusting should be condemned
Very little choice
No working tv in room. Not enough pillows
Literally nothing. If I could get my money back and have left the same night I would have rather slept in my car.
There was a rancid smell in our room, cockroaches in the pullout couch. We even found a pack of black n milds from a previous guest. The hotel floor was cracking and we were on the second floor. It also felt the floor was going to cave in at any moment when stepping on the carpet we sunk deeper into the floor it was very unnerving and uncomfortable to stay In. Very disappointing and didn’t get any type of apology or refund.
Absolutely nothing. False advertising and refusal to make the situation right.
We reserved an accessible king suite and discovered it was a standard king room. When we called, we were told there were no accessible rooms (all were down). My request for refund so I could find suitable accommodations for my husband (Parkinson's) was denied so we had to stay that night. During that evening, my husband fell in the bathroom that did NOT have the needed bars to prevent falls. There was a crushed roach on the bathroom floor, and two other live ones were seen that night. The phone in the room did not work. Peeling paint, dirty furniture, nasty elevator. The only breakfast options were waffle, 1 type of cereal (bran?), gallon of milk, orange & cranberry juice. No fruit, protein, toast, muffin, yogurt, coffee... We checked out the next morning even though we were told they couldn't refund the money. I told them about the fall, and they didn't even fill out an accident/incident report. They are still advertising mobility accessible rooms on their website.
Having a place to stay for the night
There was no AC and it was hot our whole stay and in the night when we slept. They had dirty air vents and dust and dirt on it and on the wall and ceiling area. The lobby reeked of alcohol, weed, cigarettes, and weird smells. The smelled continued to linger in the elevator and also once we got out of the elevator and continued to smell in the hallway and even once we got in our room. That's all you could smell was alcohol, weed and cigarettes. The elevator was also dirty and had trash on the floor. We booked a king non smoking room but when we got there the front desk said they didn't have that room available and had no cleaning staff for the day to clean. She gave us a double queen room. She told me that it was the same price. However, I'm not even sure it was a non smoking room that we got. At 10am people opened our door trying to come into our room but luckily we had the dead bolt on the door. My boyfriend was going to get coffee as they didn't put any in the room to use to coffee machine and there was no cups, silverware, bowls or anything there. When he left the room he said a guy was asking what room number he was in so he didn't feel safe and came back to the room. I was getting dressed while he was gone and these people could have tried to come in our room again. We were trying to eat some food before the clock out time at 11am. Then we got another knock on the door. It was the same guy and another guy. They were knocking on all the doors trying to get people to leave. They were shampooing the carpets I think and we saw things of bleach and towels just laid all out in the hallway as we were leaving to check out. The sheets also had specks of black blood like there may have been bed bugs or in the past. We had to check the beds to make sure it was safe to stay there but we didn't do a real thorough examination when we checked we just hoped they didn't have them.
