Coucou ! My name is Arielle and I am a Canadian YouTuber, wandering my way through France. I focus specifically on Paris, helping you understand, appreciate and explore the city through the footsteps of a local.
This is a great choice if you are looking to stay in the centre of Pars ! Located in the 2nd arrondissement, the Hotel Square Louvois is just a short walk from the Louvre, the Tuileries Garden and the Paris Opera House (Palais Garnier). A 10mn walk away you can also find the “Grand Boulevards” of Paris - the perfect place for shopping in the day and a nightlife hotspot in the evening, The hotel’s service is impeccable and staff remain kind and attentive to their guests. Every afternoon from 4-6pm you are invited to a complimentary afternoon tea with snacks and hot drinks available in the hotel lobby, Additionally, for every night booked, you are able to reserve a private 30mn time slot at the hotel’s spa which includes an indoor pool and a gym.
Feb 2025This is one of my favourite hotels in Paris for 3 reasons : location, amenities and price ! Hotel Amoi is located in the 10th arrondissement which is a neighbourhood in Paris that is charming, authentically Parisian and loved by locals. Steps away from the Canal Saint-Martin, you will be staying in an area of Paris that is ideal for shopping, walking and picnicking with many delicious restaurants and bars within close proximity. This hotel is also steps away from the metro station "République", keeping you well connected to the rest of the city. For every night booked, you are also able to reserve a private 45mn time slot at the hotel’s spa which includes a sauna, hammam and sensory shower. Given everything that this hotel offers, I find the price to be incredibly accessible, with 1 night stays in their classic room starting as low as 150€ per night.
Feb 2025Located on the left bank of the Seine in the 5th Arrondissement, the Hotel Monte Cristo is the perfect place to come home to after a long day enjoying Paris. As soon as you step through the front doors, you are swept away in the décore inspired by Alexandre Dumas’s novel, The Count of Monte Cristo ; enjoy your stay in one of the boudoirs, decorated in custom tapestries, rich velvets, dark woods, fringe-hemmed divans and transporting art. Relax in their spa area which includes an indoor pool and sauna which you can privatise for 45mn every night of your stay and enjoy a delicious and imaginative cocktail at the hotel’s rum-themed "Bar 1802". In the morning enjoy a buffet style breakfast - the best (by far) that I have had at a hotel in Paris.
